There are no refunds for custom orders.
However, we aim to please each and every client. If you aren't happy with your order, please let us know IMMEDIATELY and we will make sure it is corrected.

1. Include all contact information in the "Info" field.
2. Make your purchase.
3. Once the purchase is made, we will send you a message confirming details and you can send any supporting pictures at that point.
4. We design, then print.
