    Rush Order Fee $25 - 2 day rush

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    There are no refunds for custom orders.

    However, we aim to please each and every client. If you aren't happy with your order, please let us know IMMEDIATELY and we will make sure it is corrected.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    • $5 Standard (2-4 business days for orders placed by 5pm Central)

    • 1-3 business days for local (Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex) delivery

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
    • If you place your order after the cutoff times (5PM, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.
    • We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
    • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
