We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the US. Our team works diligently to process order in 10 days max (14 for pro bundles) and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We use secure packaging to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. If you have any specific shipping requests, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Dallas Imprint, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any custom items.
